Due to our store policy, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any purchases. This policy helps us maintain fair pricing and quality service for all our customers. When And How can I purchase a T-shirt from your store?
T-shirts can be purchased by anyone at anytime through our online store, available 24/7 for your convenience. Simply browse through our store and add your desired items to the cart. Follow the checkout process to complete your purchase. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards. T-shirts are available for purchase now through August 30, 2024.
What Delivery options are available for my T-shirt order?
We offer several delivery options to accommodate your needs. You can choose to have the shirts mailed directly to your address, delivered to your fire station (operations personnel), or picked up in person at our DCFR Headquarters. All ordered shirts will be available during the month of September. For specific delivery times and pickup instructions, please contact Beverly Thompson at [email protected].
